Learning

Throughout my OJT, I actively engaged in continuous learning. As a front-end developer, I had to stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the field. I took the initiative to expand my knowledge through self-study, online resources, and seeking guidance from mentors. By staying curious and receptive to new information, I enhanced my learning abilities and adapted to the evolving demands of the industry.

Reasoning

As a front-end developer, I encountered complex coding challenges that required logical reasoning. I had to analyze problems, break them down into smaller components, and identify the most effective solutions. Through logical thinking and reasoning, I was able to debug code, optimize performance, and improve the overall user experience.

Creative Thinkin

Front-end development often requires creative problem-solving and finding innovative solutions. I approached projects with a creative mindset, exploring different design possibilities, and thinking outside the box. I experimented with new techniques, implemented unique design elements, and explored alternative approaches to achieve visually appealing and functional results.

Decision Making

During my OJT, I was faced with various decision-making situations. Whether it was choosing the most suitable framework for a project or deciding on the best approach to tackle a coding issue, I had to evaluate the available options, consider the pros and cons, and make informed decisions. Through experience and learning from feedback, I developed the ability to make sound decisions that contributed to project success.

Problem Solving

Front-end development inherently involves problem-solving. I encountered coding challenges, compatibility issues, and design constraints that required innovative problem-solving skills. I had to analyze the problem, identify the root cause, and devise effective solutions. By utilizing logical thinking, creativity, and resourcefulness, I was able to overcome obstacles and deliver high-quality solutions.
